The location is Heaven and the office of Incoming Messages is experiencing a high volume of new messages. 

Hank (office manager angel) is rapidly processing incoming messages, while Carol (switchboard operator angel) is receiving incoming calls. 

 

Currier angels are flying in and out with messages followed by The Little Angels delivering history’s biggest message of all time!

 

Hank, a member of the Heavenly Choir (finally realizing it is THE BIG DAY) must race to get to the big Worship event. Will he make it on time to join the choir in proclaiming, "Glory to God in the Highest". On the way he has an accidental misplacement to Earth and encounters Wisemen and Shepherds who are trying to find their way to Bethlehem.
